Dallas, Memphis, Charlotte RE Investing

We are now selling property in Charlotte NC and Dallas TX. We have been selling investment property in the Memphis TN area and we will continue to do so. Memphis offers deep discounted property with good cash flow. Dallas and Charlotte will the same opportunity for investors who are looking in these markets as well.

Is this some thing new, or is this another part of the FHCompanies?
Kathy and I have been thinking about investing in diffferent are's of the country also. Indianapolis and Houston for instance. If you have any contacts or info on these areas please share them.
We have one in Indianapolis, David Myers who already has some properties there.

All 3 of these areas are in top 25 hottest markets as per Forbes.com. Of course, 7 of the top 16 are in TX and my area is #1 in rankings for 3rd year in a row. I LOVE IT!!!

Rich,
I like TX, but if you want to talk about weather, you can't compete with me.
Mid January and we had 86 degree weather. Drive 30 minutes and you are at the beach where it was also in the 80's. Drive 2 hours to the mountains and go snowboarding and the kids can slide down the snow filled streets.
We have it all in Cali!
