I currently have 2 vacant 20 unit apartment buildings (total 40 units) in need of extensive rehab that I am selling in Indianapolis, IN.
I have been approved for a grant to pay for a good portion of the rehab needed for the properties. I'm open to the idea of selling the buildings outright (the grant would be attached to the buildings) or partnering with someone that is willing to pay for the remaining portion of the rehab and other misc expenses and I'd contribute the buildings. In the case of partnering, the exit strategy is to fully renovate the buildings and sell them. While waiting for the buildings to be sold, property management would be put in place so that the buildings can start producing residual income.
If you are interested, feel free to PM me or email. I also pay referral fees.
Thanks,
RJ
