I am an experienced R.E. investor & retired school teacher with team in place to conduct full due-diligence, property acquisition, rehabbing, leasing or selling AND time to birddog for you! I am intimately familiar with what I call the "Inner" East Bay stretching from El Sobrante south through El Cerrito, Albany, Berkeley, Emeryville, Oakland, San Leandro, San Lorenzo, Castro Valley, to Hayward. These are historically strong appreciating regions due to their proximity & easy access to downtown Oakland, S.F., and Silicon Valley. I'm finding many SFR REO's that could be rehabbed & flipped for good profit or held for cash flow. Yes! Cash flow in California! But prices have dropped to the point that attractive properties are on the market for only 3-7 days before getting snapped up. There are often multiple offers and listings often sell above asking price. Banks are desperate to CLOSE deals and so all-cash offers are king. Therefore, I need all-cash investors ready to profit from my experience and local familiarity.
