The following is an overview on the ground lease portfolio offering:
* 10 land parcels leased to a BBB+ Credit National Tenant on an unsubordinated triple net basis for 25 years beginning on or before May 1, 2009.
* Options: 3 of 10 years each.
* Escalations: 10% each 5 years during the primary term and option periods.
* Annual rental at close: $ 5,671,253.
* Purchase price: 6.5% cap firm.
