Denver area, 60-65% of ARV, less repairs. I assume you're talking about individual properties, since this isn't in the bulk forum.

Can close fast with all cash on "real deals"

Always Interested in Central Florida. We are serious buyers 3 properties closed in 2 weeks and always seeking more. Currently need 12 properties in Citrus County FL would consider many more for the right price in Citrus, Hernando, Marion, Levy and surrounding counties.
