If there is anyone in the LA county area looking to purchase a home in Glendale, Carson, hawthorne,Compton or in need of down payment assistance I can be of some help.

There are many non-profit organizations that offer money for down payment assistance if you are a first time homebuyer or minority. And in those cities listed there is help for first time homebuyers to purchase in those areas. Depending on the situation one can obtain a soft second loan with 0% deffered interest and no monthly payments (again depending on various circumstances).
