Need mentor Sacramento, Ca

Hello my name is Dwight, im 24 years old and im looking for a mentor that i may be able to swing a deal with. I dont really have cash to pay so I figured the way we can do this is let me do the run around work, help me make sure im doing the deals right, and we split the profits. I know a little bit and can give more information on that if you are interested. Looking for someone close by so its more personal. good deal! i have find one but not doing the same thing i want. so if i find deals i have someone to pass them to. Would be great huh? we will just have to see what happens!
