Hello all:

Looking for investor buyers who are interested in buying discounted properties (SFR) from foreclosure auctions. Currently focus in the Inland Empire area and sometimes Orange County.

We're currently working with a former builder/developer that buys several properties a month to rehab and retail and is making great profits.

We locate the properties, have an agent inspect, work numbers that meets the buyer's criteria, buy the property, buyer uses their own rehab crew, agent lists & sell properties to retail buyers at a discount and whoala.

The system and team we have works great, we just need more capital because there are so many great deals that we are having to pass up.

If you simply want to leverage us for finding the properties and utilizing our agent to inspect, come up with numbers, bid/buy and you'll take over from there, that would work also.
