hi,
I have a series of Cash flowing residential investment properties in South Bend, Indiana.

Cash Flowing $6000 per annum - each home.

All homes have been rehabed to the tune of $10,000 each .... new flooring, carpets, bathrooms and kitchen.

All have long leases and are being rented for between $600-650 each per month. Wanting $35,000 per home ....- which is below market value - but I want a quick sale.

great property management in place

How many properties?
How soon do you need to liquidate them?
What is the NOI for each property?
Are any of them close to the university?
If so, then are you renting to any students?

We have 4 left right now.

All rented .... for between $600-$650 per month. nothing more to spend. All properties are in South Bend .... which is a College town. We are not currently renting to students.
