Why don't you explain it here on the site, since you're clearly trying to solicit people about it.

Tell us what cash leveraging is, and how people can use it to get cash, please.

If the opportunity is legitimate, then I suspect it's another one on syndicates (which isn't anything that's new--the relevant legislation has been in place since the mid 1950s).
