I have been a member of South Jersey Investors for 3 years.
I have not found some who dose not want money up front first yet. Alot of money to be a mentor.

I work for a national title company headquartered in New Jersey. We can provide back-to-back title insurance and settlement in all 50 states.

We will provide back-to-back title insurance as long as there is full disclosure to the bank you are buying the property from and the B-C Buyer that you are going to be re-selling the property (you do not have to disclose the selling price to the bank only that you will be re-selling the property).

In addition, the A-B transaction must be fully funded. If you are funding the transaction out of B-C end buyer's funds we cannot help.

If you meet the above two criteria please call me for more information and instructions to get your back-to-back title.
