My partners I want to partner w/ Realtors who can provide us with Pre-foreclosure Leads In exchange we will pay 6% commission for every deal we close. We can work with any Realtor in just about every state.
We do not accept properties in any price range, we prefer properties $200,000 or more for those properties under $200,000 the properties must have two or more mortgages with the 2nd mortgage is at least 40% of the amount owed or more.
If any Realtors are interested let me know

So, why can't you find all you could possibly buy right in the greater Philadelphia area and, how would you manage all these properties "in just about every state?"
