I prefer buildings that don't need a total rehab, some work is fine but I don't want to have to gut a place. I say under 5 units because I cannot get a commercial loan, the banks are too busy asking for handouts from the govt to give me a commercial loan. Depending on the purchase price I would do all-cash, but I was planning on getting regular mortgages.

As far as what I am looking for, what info do you want me to give? The usual applies, I won't buy lemons :)

Im sure it is a record. At -45 points per post for moderated/removed posts you would only be at -315.

Quite impressive to double that figure. Must have done some other violations outside of the forums like blogs, comments in belletins, etc.
These people make me laugh, they have no credability and yet they continue to spam.

I remember this thread. Did you ever decide what you're going to do? I'm going to show this property to an artist soon who's looking for a studio. Pretty sure you can get a "regular" mortgage since the property is being used for multi residential.
