Your request is very vague Russ but I have a duplex in New Castle that I'm willing to owner finance.

I prefer buildings that don't need a total rehab, some work is fine but I don't want to have to gut a place. I say under 5 units because I cannot get a commercial loan, the banks are too busy asking for handouts from the govt to give me a commercial loan. Depending on the purchase price I would do all-cash, but I was planning on getting regular mortgages.
As far as what I am looking for, what info do you want me to give? The usual applies, I won't buy lemons :)

Remember that there is a difference between "reading" and "following", when it comes to things like rules.
Im sure it is a record. At -45 points per post for moderated/removed posts you would only be at -315.

I remember this thread. Did you ever decide what you're going to do? I'm going to show this property to an artist soon who's looking for a studio. Pretty sure you can get a "regular" mortgage since the property is being used for multi residential.
