I am looking for a mentor on short sales in the "Chicago NW Burbs area. Willing to give a % of the deal. Just need help getting a few under my belt. I currently do loan mods, so i think the process is almost the same?

Drop me a line. I've got some friends that do shortsales you may want to meet. Before you give anyone money or promise anyone a portion of your deals, talk to these people and see what free info you'll get first.
