josh, what i am going for is either commercial or real estate investing as a second income or hopefully one day as a main income. To start investing I need money saved and/or good credit which i am working on right now. I would also like to possibly get a higher paying job within the real estate field,
(since i work in the health care field at the moment.) so i could learn the ins and outs of the business, i have been looking on craigslist for part time positions but no luck. Any suggestions?
