I'm looking to pick up my Sub2 game in a big way! I want to move my efforts in a eastwardly fasion

I need bird dogs/property locators/wholesalers throughout the Mid-West and East Coast to work with me in getting Sub2 deals.

Preferably Missouri, Indianapolis, Tennessee, Virginia, W. Virginia, N/S Carolina, Georgia.

I don't want any dumps! or major rehabs. I'm only looking for livable properties.

Once you've located a property that the seller is willing to sell Sub2 and provide pics and comps I'll put them under contract and pay you.

You can either collect a small bird dog fee or also assist in getting a tenant/buyer in the property and collect 50% of the option fee.

hmmmm.........maybe, I'm not to hip on the Okies but I may be persuaded if you had a great deal.

no MD, DC or OH for now.

at least $100 a door cashflow, don't worry about the 50% rule, they'll be marketed as L/O's

Also at least 10-15k minimum equity

gimme 2 or 3 days, I can close right away considering I'll do table top closings
