Forgot to mention - The Property is in East Bay near San Leandro, CA. Decent neighborhood and in Move-In condition. You can decide what rent would be ideal as the properties are vacant - Of course commensurate to the Market rate - Looks like the rents I mentioned may not be market rent price. Garage and off-street parking. I do not know how to add a detailed signature and unable to provide my phone number in the Message body... Please IM and we can go from there.
