LOOKING FOR REALTORS TO PARTNER UP WITH ON SHORT SALES

Im looking for realtors who have and take on short sale listings but dont want to bother with them. My team will purchase/negotiate and process the entire short sale. We have a proven system in place that works. Realtors will get paid double. We are nationwide and dont charge fees to homeowners or realtors for our service.

Chantel, I would suggest reading the forum rules here on BP. I know you SPAM Craigslist A LOT here in Phoenix, but please don't bring that here. Those of us from Phoenix know how you work and it won't fly on BP

theres some folks that are just plain jealous and want to hate on me.
I don't know why I would have a bad rep I've seen other post like this and assumed it was ok. Yes ive spammed on Craig's list before, who hasn't. I don't do it as much anymore.
That why people should address an individual personally because of negativity like this, people get the wrong impression about me and my successful business with short sales. I've only been doing short sales for a year and have managed to create a monster proven system that works and I wanted to share the love man. I've seen that name motivated8 before. I don't know exactly who you are but you should of addressed me privately. I've never gotten any complaints from my clients. And my business continues to grow pretty fast actually. Watch out here I come.
Question: shooting for 28 deals this month anybody seeing more response with mailers vs. door knocking or email marketing
Basically is there anyone out there that would help me structure a kick butt internet marketing plan
