Once again, anybody seemed misread this topic.
I´m not seeking for a 100% financing, I have 2 Multi Familys with 100% financing from the owned bank (17 and 22 units), no downpayment required. And I look for a partner of these scenarios.

I'm interested in what you've posted in here.
I'm from Poland but for the last 4 years have been based in the UK.
I've been looking at the US market for some time and find it interesting.
there are definitely some good deals to be had, it might be a little harder for us , as we are long distance investors , but things need to be looked at and researches and who knows me might actually do something interesting .
I'm always open for new ideas no matter how crazy they might seem at first glance.
Let me know if we could develop some partnership.

I put in owner financing, thats the only way for us as foreigner. Or if we have the money, cash deals ;).
The Partnership Group has now 41 members :).
