Hi,
I currently have access to properties with LTV as low as $0.35 on the dollar. And a hard money source that will do 100% with a 660 score...but i just posted 680 to be on the safe side.

Im looking to purchase the properties, rehab and then flip. I have an end buyer program that will allow me to get buyers approved even with scores as low 530 fixed rate. Right now the rate is 5.2%, DTI below 40.

Will spit profits 50/50 and move on to the next. Please contact if you or someone you know is interested.

Will pay a Finder's Fee for referral of someone that is interested.
