Aug 21 '09, 10:46 AMWe have spent the past 2+ years developing a business plan to fund the construction of new professional sports stadiums and arenas. Our business plan is 100% privately funded, there is no requirement of public resources (taxpayer dollars). We are currently in preliminary discussions with civic and business leaders as well as charitable organizations in Sacramento and San Diego to push our proposal forward and we are gaining greater traction every week.
As we implement our proposal there will be an opportunity for the real estate investor community throughout the state (CA) to participate in a unique real estate strategy that serves as a revenue engine for the stadium/arena funding plan.
We will not be looking for investment capital. We will be offering REI's the potential for RE profit and/or equity from deals that will not "pencil out" under your current strategies.
