Hi all -

I'm a long time reader of this site. Learned a heap of information here and I thank all who contributed.

I just signed up b/c I'm looking for other investors in CT. I'm a wholesaler looking for other wholesalers to partner with or rehabbers that I could assign contracts to. Most of the motivated sellers that I find have run down properties that need work. Any rehabbers with room on their plates, let's talk.

I am currently active and doing rehab/flips as we speak. I am interested into getting more homes to rehab and/or take contracts.

I am mostly focused on lower Fairfield County now.
