I am looking for a mentor in the Southern California area to teach me the ropes of real estate investing and wholesaling. I need to start with wholesaling due to the lack of capital at the moment.

I am a 24 year old Accountant, highly motivated with excellent people skills (not usually associated with accountants) . I understand the time and effort it takes to mentor someone and I am willing to work hard to make it easy on both parties.

I am willing to share up to 90% of the profits and do all the leg work because I know the information is much more valuable to me.

I'm from the old school. Start doing things wholesalers do. Websites and book will tell you what. And then when your in the forest you will find the tree your looking for.

As for accountants, just out of college I started in the accounting dept. of a blue chip corp. And what did I find, well several real estate investors which was fine because I had been investing for 6 years at that point.and we started our own little club to exchange info and ideas. And definitely outperformed the guys over in the stock club.but we would play over there too when it was right.

What is your long term goal?

I'd suggest you start working on getting your RE license while you start analyzing deals. Do you have MLS access?
