The property has no chinese drywall,it will need about 9k to 10 k in appliances and installation.The address is 2517 75th st w lehigh acres fl 33971. The house is banked owned and I am doing a double close.It can be rented for 500 to 600, possibly a little more.I have pictures of the house if you can provide me your e-mails I can send you the pics.Home is in great condition besides what its missing.Sits on 1/4 acre lot quiet street with all new homes.

be careful of lehigh acres....i'd say 90% of the whole city is in foreclosure.

I would be interested in taking a look at this.What is age of property? Have you had an air test submitted to a Lab on the chinese drywall? If this home is fairly new, you shouldn't be stating that it has no chinese stuff in it. You don't want to be liable.

It is harder to find the 40K lehigh homes any more. Even those listed for that sell for more. Also, your rent # is most likely low. Do you have an accepted, assignable contract? Otherwise, trust me, you have nada. Rich in Spokane

The property is no longer available, but for future use where do you get an air test for chinese drywall and how much do they charge, but can you expalin on having nothing unless i have an assignable contract, i not sure I understand please clarify,Thanks Marco
