Hi Forum,

My name is Bryant Roberson. I am currently a Junior at the University of South Florida studying Accounting. Over the last two years I have read many books on real estate and really feel like it's time to put my skills to work. I become pretty well versed in loan modifications, short sales, foreclosures, and philosophies of the mind as well as many other facets of real estate. But, I believe if I do not put these skills to the test they will not prosper and grow to were I would like them to. Furthermore, I believe if I can find a seasoned investor to invest some of their valueable time with me that it would be beneficial to both of us. Hopefully someone out here is gracious enough to lend me a hand on the road to success. I know it will be long a tough, but I believe hard work and dedication will bring anyone what they want. Thanks in advance for your considerations.
