I have a 112 unit complex in Memphis, TN that sits on 2 major thoroughfares. It has great curb appeal, but lacks in management. The property currently is at 71% occupancy, but is rising month by month. There is a seller wrap available with possible seller financing on a portion of the down payment. It has a great unit mix, but is lacking in common area amenities. If you check my profile you will see more information on the property. My contact info is also there.
