We are looking for birddogs to locate short sales nationwide. We are looking for homes that are at least $200K above the median price range or have at least $500K in debt. The ideal properties are usually overleveraged/overfinanced homes in which the seller is 30 days or more behind on the mortgage. Our primary goal is to prevent the homeowner from going into foreclosure.

Please use these instructions if you have a prospective property:

1. Visit our website per the address in our forum signature.
2. At the bottom of the home page click the "create your account" tab
3. Enter your contact information. Register as (agent, realtor, other, etc).
4. After you complete your registration you can stop there and we will contact you or you may continue the process and enter any property data that you have available.
5. As the referral lead source you will receive automated email notifications as to the progress of the files you submit. (At the end of the registration process you have the option to include anyone else that you want to receive automatic email updates)
6. Compensation - We are not looking to pay typical birddog referral fees. We want to compensate our birddogs with generous fees of 10% - 20% of our net profit from the transaction. (You can ask to see the copy of the HUD 1 statement) Percentage will depend on the required level of participation in the deal. Please inquire about how the fee can actually go as high as 50%.
