Looking to buy commercial apt. buildings. Need to be 50% ARV or under. Vacant, rehab, low occupancy ok. Must be in area with strong rental demand, no war zones, and in or very near major ctiy. No rural areas.

On another note, your negative influence level here on BP is a concern of mine, especially when you have 79 posts. Can you be trusted? Why the negative influence? Have you been a bad boy here?

Well, I was mostly putting it out for the bird dogs. I know there are a lot of people on the board asking for a lot of deals.

Negative influence level?? Bad boy is perspective....lol..

But I am seriously looking, if something comes up but a lot of times people want to pawn off something on me thats not a good deal and then get mad when I don't buy it.

Under your profile photo (or lack there of) and your post count in each thread response lists your current "influence level". You may want to read up on the point system and awards. Many of us base our initial perception of other members with this. It is a great tool for us added this year by Josh- our founder.

But I am seriously looking, if something comes up but a lot of times people want to pawn off something on me thats not a good deal and then get mad when I don't buy it.
I hear ya there. Countless emails are received each day spouting "deals" which are truly a lack there of. You can count on the fact that if I do find something that I can not take down, It will be REAL deal. Just ask around here if you don't know me.
