My company has Hard Proof of Funds and can move on Bank deals and any other deals below market value and the deals are still out there. I also have cash investor partners if needed.
I'm looking to work with a few Joint Venture Partners to help retail Home buyers buy a home for them and there family from low income working people to middle class working family.
I have cash & retail buyers and also have deals to bring to the Joint Venture Partnership.
Overview Of Position And Responsibilities I am looking to build a team of real estate investors. Experience is invaluable but not required. Fundmental knowledge of business and/or real esate are important but not manditory. I am looking for talented and/or committed professionals with Ambition, commitment, time, a open mind and a desire to learn. I want partners/cofounders to help create a business plan and breath life into a new business venture. Business Partner/Investor, must be willing to make small investment in business to share in partnership/ownership.
Requirements

Fundmental knowledge of business and/ or real estate
A specfic business specialty marketing,finance, law, admin, etc.
Investor knowledge (prefer real estate or real estate related)
All invaluable but not required except first requirement
