Hello:

I saw your posting requesting assistance from someone who has access to Pre-foreclosures and Tax Levied properties. I know this posting is a few months old so I am not quite sure if you have received help in the Massachusetts area.

I have access to the all the Notices of Default in the Saugus, Lynn, Malden, Melrose and possibly the Boston area. I say possibly because I do not farm that area so I am unsure of the availability of these types of documents and what you have to do to get them. My lists are fresh lists. I can even verify them for you to ensure they are still active and not under contract. Do you need these lists for the Eastern Massachusetts area?

Any there any other services you need?

Do you want ONLY high end homes?
