Hello, I'm 21 years young. I'm looking for a mentor in Real Estate Investing. I have been told, do what someone who has the result you want is doing! Im very focused, I have a very positive mindset, and I am very mature for my age. I know exactly what I want in life. I want to get my first deal done by mid or end of December. I know there is a Mentor out there willing to mentor me, because I know someone mentored them and gave them a great opportunity. My Goal is to be the best Investor / Entrepreneur in NJ, and eventually the World.

No goal is too big for the human mind.

I live in North NJ.

More details will definitely be provided.

Juan-

What strategy do you want to be mentored in? Sub2, lease-option, buy and hold, short sales, REO's, etc. Also, explain what you bring to the table and what you expect out of a mentor. You'll get more and better responses that way. Good luck.

I want to be mentored in Short-Sales, R.E.O.s, buy and hold, multi family dwelling units, Probates. I want to learn it all I love Real Estate. I can bring anything to the table. The only thing that is mainly holding me back is $, but I know there are ways to get deals done without $. Out of a mentor I expect to learn from him, to help me get my first deal done. Once I get one down I will stay extremely consistent. I learn quick, and easily. I have a successful state of mind. A mentor would be in a win-win situation with me.

Did you find your MENTOR/PARTNER yet? If not, I have a great suggestion for one. I'm in New York - their in Las Vegas & Texas and it's been great.
