I have 2 short sales in progress, the last piece is a listing agreement with a realtor. This is the only bank I work with that absolutely requires listing with a professional licensed realtor. There are no time requirements, just a copy of the listing agreement. I don't need you to market, have open houses, or do anything other than list in the MLS and provide a signed listing agreement for the homeowner to sign.
