Hi Guys,

I want to sell my property in Indianapolis. I want to invest here in So California.

The price is $48k. Needs about $2k of work. The address is 3655 Celtic Dr. Indianapolis, 46235. PLEASE DO NOT DISTURB TENANTS!! By the way they are paying $750 and their lease comes up Feb. 13 and they want to do a lease option with the new buyers. I want to cash out so that's why I'm not doing that. The property has 3 bdrms 1.5 baths, 1 car attached garage, 1312 sq ft., in a great neighborhood in Lawerence township, property management already in place, and he is also the handy man so very convienent. Whoever wants to wholesale it add your fee I don't care - just get it sold. I am having so many opportunities right here in my own backyard that I really need to get this sold.

Let me know - I have pictures and can arrange a walk thru if necessary.
