I made a rookie mistake this buyer that was lined up had me put the contracts and in to escrow and then when i asked for the earnest money he bounced and isn't returning my calls so please pick up this great deal. 10 tenanted properties and a great discount in the east side of cleveland tenants are excellent but the seller has become ill and need to liquidate to coer medical bills. there haven't been any rent issues there isn't anything wrong with the properties and they are fully renovated they just need a new owner everything is in place if you choose to keep the current property manager.
