Hello everyone. I am new to real estate investing and am looking for mentors to teach me the correct ways to win in this business. I am EXTREMELY MOTIVATED to learn and am hungry for KNOWLEDGE! I am interested in wholesaling to begin with to build up cash reserves and then move on to other aspects of REI. I will do all the work and would do a 50/50 split or whatever else within reason on any proceeds of my first couple deals. I really just want the knowledge and a helping hand to put me on the right track. I am also willing to help that person out with anything they needed with their business. Again, the knowledge about doing things the right way is most important to me. Hopefully that relationship would grow to where we could do even more deals in the future together. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!
