Relocating to WA and seeking minor fixer-upper for my family as well as homes for investment properties. I prefer our home to be very spacious (over 2500sf) and in the country or on the lake.Prefer home with no more than a 25 minute commute to Ft. Lewis and very private area. Other properties can be anywhere in WA or TX.
