I am seeking for funding equity partners for REO homes in Arizona and California for selected properties with minimum or no repairs. Deals are too good to pass. It's a shame to see them go by.
I have proven, successful exit strategy, vendors in place, and also pre-qualified affluent buyers list. Financing is also available through my lender with 7-8% interest only, 90-10% LTV, up to 5 year term, no pre-payment penalty, no payment required for the 1st year, 1% down-payment at closing.
I need funding partner to proof up, or qualify for the loan, if the partner is interested to use my financing contact with favorable terms and free-up his/her funds. We can turn around those deals within 3, 4 month.
If you can refer me to interested party, I would greatly appreciate.
