A man in my area just filed for bankruptcy for over $150 million with only $10 million in assests. There will be a LOT of properties coming up for sale at foreclosure prices. He owns or owned everything from commercial properties to huge apartment complexes to homes. I will keep an eye out and let y'all know if anything good comes up for sale at a good price. I haven't been on in a while but you are the first people I thought of (besides the banks and the housing market) when I heard the news.
