We have a fully developed(infrastructure completed) and approved townhouse community in the Murrells Inlet area. This development is approved for 172 townhouses. The owner has a contract with a national builder to sell each townhouse pad for 25k each on a take down schedule. The owners of the property would like to break up the partnership and sell the property at a discount. Will email further details on the property if interested.
