I have a wholesale deal in the Los Angeles area of Mar Vista. It is a 3 bed 2 bath 1225 square feet, SFR. Purchase price 572,500 it needs 45K in repairs and can resale for 800K or more. There is a pending comparable around the corner that was listed at 859K and is selling and closing this week for 829K per the agent, that comp is a 3 bed 2 bath 1340 square feet. Jon - Using the numbers you tend to get on your purchases, that place would have to pull in around $15K to $20K a month to get your attention - LOL.
