I'm looking for an equity partner for an inside storage facility for big ticket items here on the suncoast of florida. The facility in question is a closed down car dealership, the property has great potential to get creative. loc is high traffic area,close to beaches.
I have many thoughts on potential income that could be generated

I don't have $$ for this, but do want to say that this seems to be a good plan for closed dealerships in the right locations. I see it as land banking until a higher and better use comes along. And possibly in just a few short years, because of the closed dealers' amount of acreage in prime locations.

Thanks for you thoughts Jon I can envision this going the same route as the U-Sore IT boom. People pay big dollars for these toys and I'm sure would
rather store out of the weather. I'm in your position I have the vision but need a equity partner I have no problem manageing with a team just need a backer. Thanks again for your thoughts!!

Frank- Here are a couple thoughts. I purchased a Self storage facility down the road from you in Bonita Springs, with a total of 557 units. I wish I had more interior space for exotic vehicles and tall motorhomes. I also wish I had outside spaces that would handle longer boats, trailers etc.
Your facility would handle these items well. I have a lot of autos and golf carts that fit ok. I have had many inquiries for spots I can't accommodate. It would be a matter of how many winter texans you have and how the #'s work out. Good idea in my mind and good luck. Rich

Thanks for your responce Rich I know this would work here there are always winter texans as you call them here. There are sooo many ways to generate the income all I need is a partner with the vision. I see this as going the way of self storage's. All I need is a backer who
