Hi everyone, we recently inherited a property in orange county california and plan to move out there in August. The property that we inherited is a pretty large rehab job and since I am not from the area I was hoping that some of the investors that are doing rehabs in that area might be able to give me a couple of recommendations for general contractors.

Hi thanks for the quick reply. The home is in fountain valley. As far as the condition goes 80% of the house is stripped down to the studs. The majority of the electrical has been done. According to the inspectors report there is still some plumbing that needs to get done. Basically 80% of the house is totally gutted i.e. no kitchen, bathrooms, insulation, sheetrock, flooring...

We would like a gc because to be honest I need help with the design aspects.
