Approximately 67.5 acres. We were working with a local developer and engineering firm a few years ago, who helped us come up with the development plan, which we took through the County permitting process and received a preliminary plat approval. The preliminary plat is still good.We originally purchased this property for $850k and have put another $150k or so in engineering, so our cost basis is around $1M. We would like to liquidate this land by July 15th. This parcel has good frontage on Maco Rd, which is a major connector between Hwy 17 and 74. Maco Rd has been approved to be upgraded to 4 lanes. Construction should start soon. Also, the new Hwy 17 bypass will be less than 1/4 mile from this parcel. Many future possibilities.
