Tags:I am generating about 1 or 2 motivated seller leads per day in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. I had a possible partner/investor that was going to run them but it didn't work out. I'm looking for someone to run the leads, wholesale/buy the deals, and split profits with me. I'd prefer working with an experienced investor so we can make the most out of these leads. Your criteria seems to be only about 1/4 of the DFW area, based on what I see on the map. I'm not too familiar with the area, so why is it that you are only looking for E of 75/I45? Seems like you're leaving out a lot of potential deals.
Know anyone that would be able to handle the leads that aren't in your search zone?
I mostly buy and hold so I like to stay east to make management easier. I don't wholesale but I do know some other buy and holders. Let's talk and see where it goes.
