The property is a 4/3 with efficientcy in back in prime area on poplar ave the owner is asking 150k but willing to negotiate, what i have concluded is that this property possibly is worth about 230k similar properties on the market are in the 280s i am going today to see inside but owner says no work needed they are currently staying in the prop til they sell it because they already bought another property...any memphis investors interested ...please help, also from my last post the 3/2 brick in the 38111 zip the owner is willing to take a lost so i am going to offer him 18k for that property which i know is worth around 55-60k
