I am a bird dog/wholesaler in Lisle, IL - wholesaling in Cook, Dupage, Will, Kane, Kendall, Lake, McHenry counties.
I am seeking a single real estate investor (I can only do ONE) that's interested in partner-subscribing with me to a local pre-foreclosure auctions listing services that's based in these counties and provide pre-foreclosure listing for these counties.
Typical annual subscriptions for one of the local companies that provide this services ranges between $500 - $750 annually. I am looking to subscribe to this type of annual service and am seeking an individual that's also interested to jointly partner and subscribe to the local listings, where we would equally split the annual subscription in half (i.e. $250/$250).
Call me and let's partner on the subscription. We will both share login credential to view the new foreclosure notices as the come from the courthouse and are reported on by these companies.
I personally know that these companies are not national companies that get some crap data off the internet. I've met representatives from these companies at the various courthouses (and you may have as well), as they are gathering this data firsthand with their laptops and thus allowing us to subscribe to their data.
