Hello, guys and gals. I've been communicating with this wholesaler by email in regards to a bank-owned property he has under contract. He's needing to close in 2 weeks. I'm not able to purchase due to existing financial dilemmas, but wanted to pass the info along to you all. ".....comps on this house are at 165,000 for three within .1 of a mile. All sold in mid 2010. Another as is sold for 101,000 in mid 2010. In other words this is as close to a cant miss as you will see!
