Hi all
I wanted to see if anyone would be willing to help me by sharing an operating agreement for rental property owned by 2 partners? I have a partner and we are purchasing a sfh for a rental. I just wanted some guidance and examples on how to construct this. I know the main issues are dealing with loss of a partner, when to sell, how to handle xyz, etc. Any help or sample agreements would be appreciated! Thank you.

Eric...If you already have an established legal entity you may look at doing a JV for a specific project. I have done this on occasion and it worked well for us.
