I am looking to get started in buying my first REO Package. I have a great source of funds as long as my LTV Is under 65% I can purchase what ever I want. I am looking to spend around $200K for my first portfolio.

Looks like your new to the site. There are a number of others here that work with REOs. You might also want to check out the REO forum. Glad to hear that you have your financing in order to get started.

I'm currently looking at a REO property in my neighborhood.
