Hello out there. I'm seeking to get in contact with apartment bird dogs/locators who know how to analyze multifamily deals. I have leads I get from apartment owners and I need assistance in putting the investment analyses together. What's in it for you? Finder's fees on properties I acquire and ability to shop leads that don't fit my investment criteria to your other buyers.

Are you saying that you have buyers for multi family, and you are looking for properties where we have done the analysis already? Just curious if I am reading this correctly or not.

OK. I'm a mulitfamily investor seeking a bird dog locator who analyzes, preps, and presents apartment deals of 8 to 200 units. This locator otherwise bird dogs/analyzes deals for other investors, but I create my own leads and would like to engage a locator in analyzing my leads.

Yes, I know how to analyze deals and right now I have an unusually narrow criteria, but I don't have a lot of time to spare to chase and analyze. I also get leads from all over the country and some are pretty decent, yet with my current narrow criteria, can't pursue.

So, I'm seeking a deal analyzer to screen the leads I create, and for the leads I can't pursue the bird dog can shop around to his/her other buyers.

Moreover, I'm not looking for someone to send me deals that are listed on loopnet or have been picked over.

The guys I'm looking for know who they are--just putting the word out here for them.
